here's what to expect, doing business with us
Pre-Construction
PLANNING
Once you contact us, we will plan a time to come out, discuss your project and get whatever measurements are needed.
SCOPE OF WORK
With all the information for the project, we will build a materials list and project timeline with a total cost, and send this over to you as a scope of work contract.
TIMELINE COORDINATION
If you're ready to go ahead with your project, we will coordinate a start date with a time that works best considering the project timeline. Deposit must be received no later than 24 hours before work is scheduled to begin.
Construction
PREPARATION
Our team will get started by getting all job materials and prepping the space for whatever is needed. To ensure a speedy start, clear the work site space as best as possible in advance. If you need us to help move larger things, we don't mind, but have an idea where we can move them until the project is complete.
PETS
We love getting love and affection from our furry customers, but for our safety and your pets', we ask that you have them away from the construction zone when the work day begins. If it is a multi-day project, we will do our best to secure the space before we leave each day.
PROJECT COMPLETION
Your satisfaction is our goal. We will be communicating with you if there are any changes to the original timeline or price estimate. Once we reach the end of the project, we will send a final invoice which is due in full on the day of completion.
